A stroll through time

What was life really like in ancient Greece? Numerous exhibits have focused on answering that question but a new exhibition at the Foundation for the Hellenic World brings it one step closer–literally, almost–with his show A Walk Through Ancient Miletus. Advanced technology creates an incredible virtual experience that allows the viewer to follow his own course instead of a fixed tour through the virtual recreation of this ancient city on Asia Minor’s coast. Other new elements include changes in lighting according to the sun’s position and “realistic vegetation” that moves according to the wind’s direction.
